Northern Caribbean University (NCU), which is owned and operated by the Adventist church, is convening a summit to examine the impact of its strand of Christian education on society.
Its set for Saturday, November 3, 2018 on the main campus in Mandeville and will be guided by the theme: Adventist Christian Education: Panacea to Societal Ills?
The university said the summit is expected to target 1,500 participants, primarily education directors in Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) churches and those involved in the delivery of education in Adventist-run educational institutions within the Jamaica Union and the Atlantic Caribbean Union. That includes the Turks and Caicos Islands, The Cayman Islands and The Bahamas.
